Hi! I’m Keshini, a therapist passionate about supporting young adults’ mental health journeys. With a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and a background in psychology, I bring clinical expertise and a holistic approach to care. I’m certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (United States) and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists, with additional training in Emotion-Focused Family Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

My clinical work has spanned both public and private healthcare settings, including The Hospital for Sick Children, Etobicoke General Hospital, the Family Psychology Centre in Toronto, and a high-needs early intervention clinic in Los Angeles. Across these environments, I’ve supported children, teens, and families navigating complex emotional, developmental, and systemic challenges. At the Family Psychology Centre, I provided virtual care to children and caregivers facing anxiety, emotional regulation, and relational difficulties. In Los Angeles, my work in Autism care focused on building daily routines, enhancing functional skills, and fostering meaningful engagement, not just in the child’s life, but across the family system. These experiences deepened my commitment to compassionate, client-centred care and to helping individuals create sustainable, meaningful change in their lives.

My approach emphasizes the mind-body connection and the importance of holistic wellness. I’m especially interested in how nutrition, gut health, and lifestyle habits influence mental well-being, and I often explore how energy levels, sleep, movement, and nourishment affect emotional health and day-to-day functioning. These elements are deeply tied to the occupational therapy lens I bring into each session.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore therapy or looking to deepen your self-understanding, I believe in meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll tune into your body’s innate wisdom, using somatic and psychological principles to foster emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and enhance your daily routines.

In our work, you’ll lead the way—and I’ll walk alongside you in a compassionate, judgment-free space. My goal is to help you feel truly heard and understood while offering practical tools and insights to empower you to thrive.
