keshini namasivayam, MScOT, is a holistic therapist

OTR/L, OT Reg. (Ont.) | occupational therapist | holistic care

My approach combines occupational therapy and psychology, drawing on a deep understanding of how the mind and body interact. From an OT perspective, I focus on how your daily habits, routines, and environments shape your overall well-being. I see wellness as a whole picture, where thoughts, habits, relationships, nutrition, and movement all connect to support balance and vitality.

Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong,” I help uncover gentle truths about where patterns show up and what might be getting in the way. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity, not judgment, and create small, supportive shifts that are practical, realistic, and sustainable.

My work emphasizes balance: nurturing your body with mindful nutrition, caring for your mental and emotional health, and building rituals that bring ease and alignment to daily life. Each session is designed to feel like a grounding reset—an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and discover practices that truly support your unique lifestyle.

Whether virtually or in person, I offer a safe and approachable space to help you move toward more energy, clarity, and calm. Wellness isn’t about perfection; it’s about finding harmony in how you live and feel every day.

my story

My background in psychology deepened my appreciation for emotion and connection. I wanted to support not just understanding, but how people live through their experiences. Occupational therapy provided that bridge, connecting mind, body, and daily life.

I believe healing happens through “doing”, in how we move, rest, connect, and engage with the world around us.

professional background

I’ve worked in both public and private healthcare settings, including The Hospital for Sick Children, Etobicoke General Hospital, the Family Psychology Centre in Toronto, and an early childhood intervention clinic in downtown Los Angeles.

My work has centred on early childhood intervention, neurodivergent needs including Autism and ADHD, and mental health, supporting clients across the lifespan from infants and toddlers to adults through emotional, developmental, and relational challenges. This has included hands-on support for young children with developmental delays and Autism, caregiver coaching, work with autistic young adults, and virtual mental health support for children, youth, and families.
