For parents of neurodivergent children, including those with Autism, or those navigating emotional and developmental challenges.

Parenting can bring big emotions, especially when supporting a child with Autism or other neurodivergent needs, adjusting to a diagnosis, or managing day-to-day regulation.

I offer consultative, relationship-focused support to help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped. This includes insight into how your child processes the world, what they need to thrive, and how to set supportive, realistic goals as a family.

Together, we explore regulation tools, connection-based approaches, and practical ways to support your child’s growth while also tending to your well-being.
